Bristol City Council is now inviting Expressions of Interest from not-for-private-profit organisations in the Jacob’s Wells Baths building (former Hotwells Baths).
Full details can be found on the website at: www.bristol.gov.uk/jwbaths
Our offer, the eligibility criteria and requirements for the future tenant are set out in the Brief, which can be downloaded from the above webpage.
All proposals should be sent via email by 9am on Monday 3 July 2017.
If you represent an eligible organisation that is interested in submitting an EoI and would like more info about what’s involved, what’s on offer, and what the practicalities of the CAT process are, please book a place at the workshop on 3rd May:
As part of the CAT process we are offering a technical workshop for prospective bidders and partners. This will provide anyone interested in expressing an interest with an opportunity to ask questions of the various Bristol City Council departments (CAT, heritage considerations, planning etc), Vivid Regeneration (feasibility study), and The Building Consultancy (building condition survey).
Date: Wednesday 3 May 2017
Location: Jacob’s Wells Baths, Jacob’s Wells Road, BS8 1DX
More details can be found on page 8 of the Brief.
To register for the workshop please email email@example.com
Helen Bone from Vivid Regeneration is also available to meet with any prospective bidder to share information gathered during the feasibility study.
We hope that this will help all bidders not to waste time gathering information where it already exists.
Please contact Vivid Regeneration: firstname.lastname@example.org
If more information becomes available over the next few weeks it will be added to the website at: www.bristol.gov.uk/jwbaths
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require more details about this CAT opportunity.
