Tai Chi is a gentle, graceful system of exercise originating from China. It uses awareness, active relaxation, alignment, breath and intention in a moving martial inspired dance. Come and meet other people in your community in a friendly and relaxed class. It will be fun but also give you something invigorating and challenging to learn. Tai Chi is suitable for everyone, including people with physical difficulties and can be done standing, sitting or a mixture of both.
Hour long classes cost £5 per session , (£4 if on benefits).
Beginners and those with experience are welcome. Contact us if you want to know more. It should be possible to join part way through a course or try a taster session. Just contact us. judy email@example.com
