This class draws on exercises from Chi Kung, Meditation and the Tai Chi Form. Karen has 10 years experience of teaching Tai Chi and creates a safe, friendly environment for her students to explore how Chinese exercises can help promote health and well being.http://Taijiworks.co.uk
