Jacobs Wells Baths Community Asset Transfer Update

Fusion Lifestyle are on target and the proposed handover is set to take place on Monday 1st October 2018. Various surveys have been done, and further investigative work will take place in the next two to three months. Fusion are obliged to undertake immediate emergency repairs. There are safety concerns in respect of certain parts of the building. We all know the roof leaks. Jacobs Wells Community Hub were given notice to quit on the 18th September 2018 by Artspace Lifespace at the end of their tenancy. We are hoping to temporarily use the building prior to its complete refurbishment.

Fusion Lifestyle ploughs all profits from its operations back into the business to provide affordable health and fitness for all.

Jacobs Wells Community Hub have been organising regular events in our hub space throughout summer 2018. The future has been uncertain which is why we have not issued a newsletter until now.
