Thursdays 10.30 a.m. NB. This has stopped due to General Coronavirus Lockdown and will not happen again until it has been pronounced safe to restart. Karen has been running an online Zoom QiGong class every Tuesday morning in aid of the Southmead Community Centre Covid 19 Response Fund.
We meet in the Stephenson Room,Students Union Richmond Building, 105 Queens Road, BS8 1LN. Buses 8 and 505 stop right outside . Stephenson Room on the second floor. Disabled Access.

Tai Chi is a gentle, graceful system of exercise originating from China. It uses awareness, active relaxation, alignment, breath and intention in a moving martial inspired dance. Come and meet other people in your community in a friendly and relaxed class. It will be fun but also give you something invigorating and challenging to learn. Tai Chi is suitable for everyone, including people with physical difficulties and can be done standing, sitting or a mixture of both.
Hour long classes cost £5 per session , (£4 if on benefits).
